CEMCO's solution for interior non-load bearing steel framing is the ViperStud® Drywall Framing System.  ViperStud® is a lighter, stronger, and much better option than other products available on the market. Made from high-strength steel, and formed with ViperRib technology, ViperStud® is the flat-steel alternative that is sweeping the industry from coast to coast.

	Walls These studs and track are manufactured from mill certified galvanized prime steel, and are designed for use in interior non-load bearing applications. Thicknesses range from 15 mils to 33 mils.  Flange size for studs are 1 ¼” for studs while track legs can range from the standard 1-1/4" and all the way up to 3” (dependent upon thickness and ASTM/AISI standards). These products are produced with a standard G-40 coating, but are also available with a G-60 upon special request.
	Accessories These critical components are often combined with our stud and track systems to provide for extra bracing, furring, backing, and sound-dampening requirements. The available products in this group include, resilient channels,  furring/hat Channels, backing Plate/flat strapping cold-Rolled/u-Channel and various angles, clips, and brake shapes. 	FAS Products for Walls FAS Products are also available for wall applications that require rated control joints and finishes.
